One complaint came from an owner of a pet shop with multiple stores. Here is what Google results produced for each of his stores:

This business sells puppies that are produced by commercial puppy "farms" or are found to be defective by non- reputable breeders and then sold through "pet stores. If you buy a puppy here, it will be a "dice" shoot. .......................... get your puppy from your local animal shelter.
Sells Sick Puppies from a Breeder:
The owner of the pet chain, a family business for more than 20 years, has an on call vetenarian and their stores offer a money back guarantee. He claims that every attack is false and I believe him. Their reputation in the community is stellar while their Internet Reputation is dastardly.
WHO WOULD WANT TO PUT PET STORES AND BREEDERS OUT OF BUSINESS AND WHY?
